1. ______Anderson Bulldogges guarantees that the dog sold is in good physical health on this day of purchase. All necessary shots and de-worming have been done and buyer will receive a health certificate with each dog that is shipped.

2. ______The purchaser agrees to take this dog to a licensed veterinarian of their choice within 48 hours for a health check. Anderson Bulldogges must be informed immediately of this examination. Should the dog be determined to be unfit for purchase due to illness, disease or congenital disorder, the cause of which is clearly attributable to the seller, the dog may upon presentation of a written diagnosis from said veterinarian be returned to the seller at buyer's expense and the seller will replace the puppy with another puppy of comparable or better quality, when available from same or upcoming litter.  If the puppy is not examined by a Veterinarian within 48 hours after delivery time, all guarantees listed are not valid

3. ______Dogs that are shipped are at risk for Coccidia and Kennel cough which is common in dogs that are shipped and is usually caused by bacteria. Kennel cough is self limiting and like the common cold, it must run it course. Full recovery is expected and kennel cough on its own is not life threatening. So if you plan to have you dog shipped instead of picking it up you need to be aware of this.

4. ______Buyer understands contract will be void if buyer fails to provide routine veterinary care; dog is sold, transferred, or injured by accident. This guarantee does not cover any common dog ailments such as worms, vitamin deficiencies, any viral or bacterial diseases, or disorders brought on by parasites or lack of routine care.

5. ______ Guarantee does not cover treatable conditions such as, but not limited to; mange, entropion, cherry eye. We do not breed dogs with undesirable conditions, but we cannot guarantee that such conditions will not occur in future litters.

6. ______ Under no circumstance will Anderson Bulldogges be responsible for veterinarian fees or costs. Buyer is aware that owning a dog means regular trips to the veterinarian and understands that he/she will be responsible for all payments.

7. ______If the dog is examined by a licensed Veterinarian within 1 year of delivery and found to have an untreatable genetic or congenital defect that would render it unsound as a pet, the buyer has the option of returning the dog for replacement. We will replace the dog with another dog of same sex and equal value, at our first opportunity, provided the condition below is met and kept by the buyer. Any illnesses, conditions or defects caused by buyer's neglect, abuse or mishandling are NOT covered by this health guarantee and a replacement pup will not be given to the buyer. Puppy must not have been bred.  

8. ______If the dog is found to have a condition that meets the replacement guarantee of this agreement, written diagnosis, medical record copies and/or autopsy report from licensed vet will be sent to seller and purchaser will need to return dog, at purchaser’s expense, to Anderson Bulldogges within 72 hours of diagnosis to be verified by Anderson Bulldogges’ veterinarian. Upon verification, a replacement puppy of equal or greater value will be given as soon as one comes available.

9. ______ Buyer agrees to provide routine veterinary care of this dog including proper vaccinations, routine worm checks, heart worm treatments, and records of such care should buyer have to return dog for replacement these records will be requested to show the dog was properly cared for.

10. ______There is no guarantee or warranty that the buyer will be able to show or breed the dog regardless of show or breeding potentials.

11. ______ Anderson Bulldogges will give proper and verifiable registration papers or transfers of ownership as soon as they are processed and available.

12. ______  Buyer agrees to use the kennel name "Anderson's" as the prefix in the registered name of the dog.

13. ______ Buyer should provide a lot of love, proper nutrition and training to ensure proper growth of the puppy. As protection for our pups/adult dogs, if Anderson Bulldogges finds that a pup or adult dog that we sold is being abused or treated inhumanely in any way,  Anderson Bulldogges reserves the right to reclaim the pup/dog at the owners expense. (No Refund Implied)

14._______ If the buyer is unable to keep a puppy or adult dog purchased from Anderson Bulldogges, buyer may return the pup/dog to Anderson Bulldogges and Anderson Bulldogges will find the pup/dog a new home. (No Refund Implied)

15. ______ This contract is valid only for the original buyer and dog, it is not transferable.

We accept a $500.00 non-refundable deposit that will hold the dog you choose until ready for placement. The remaining balance is due when the puppy is 6 weeks old unless other written agreements have been made. Payments must be paid by cash in person or U.S. Postal Service Money Order by mail.  PayPal is accepted.
 

I (We), the buyer(s) have read this contract, understand fully the contents thereof and acknowledge receipt of it. We are not relying on verbal statements not contained herein.
